Contract

When you book with us, you enter into a contract with the Supplier/Principal responsible for the transport arrangements specified on your e-ticket. We are not liable for their acts or omissions or the services they provide. It is essential to familiarize yourself with both our Agency Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of the Supplier/Principal.

Liability

We assume no responsibility for any contracts you enter into or for the transport arrangements or services purchased. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers or other individuals or parties connected with the arrangements.

Booking

Accurate information is crucial during the booking process, including pick-up details. Verify all details upon receipt of your documents and inform us promptly of any errors. We share the booking information with the relevant Supplier/Principal and other necessary parties involved in providing the transport arrangements. By making a booking, you consent to the disclosure of this information as required.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking, or in some cases, you may have the option to make payment directly to the driver. Please ensure you have the correct cash amount in local currency if paying the driver. If you choose to pay the driver, we will still need valid payment card details at the time of booking. Failure to make payments may result in cancellation fees.

Prices

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time and correct any errors in advertised or confirmed prices. Please verify the price of your chosen transport arrangements at the time of booking.

Special Requests

We strive to accommodate special requests; however, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment. Requests for child/baby seats will be passed on to the Supplier/Principal, but please note that the exact fit cannot be guaranteed.

Changes and Cancellations

You may cancel your reservation without charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Changes and cancellations must be communicated through the "My Booking" section of our website. After the specified period, contact the Supplier/Principal directly for amendments. The Supplier/Principal's terms and conditions may include cancellation or amendment charges.

Complaints

If you have concerns or queries about your transport arrangements, please submit them through the dedicated page on our website. Any complaints about our booking service should be directed to us.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Agency Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law, and the courts of Geneva have exclusive jurisdiction.

Vehicle descriptions are provided by the relevant Supplier/Principal and serve as a general guide to the facilities offered. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of ratings or the exact provision of specific vehicles.
